Hoosier's Classics Wish List

I am an avid collector of the new Doctor Who toys (at least I would be if I had more money!)

I read Hoosier's wish list for classic figures and thought that it was almost the same as mine. Additionally, I’d like to see a companions set released (about 8 figures from across the range but it would at least have to contain Romana 1 and 2; Leela and a younger Sarah Jane.

I’d like them to survey the fans and pick the most popular episodes and make gift packs of them. I’d love a Pyramids of Mars set with a seated Sutehk, Mummy Robot, servant of Suhtek and Sarah Jane in period dress. The Ark in Space would also be a good one as would the Invasion of Time, with Rodan, Classic Sontaron, Berusa and Commander Andred.

I completely agree with the making the Family of Blood gift set and I’d also like to see a Sally Sparrow and a Red Time Lord from the Sound of Drums. I think they'd be excellent.

Anyway, that’s all my comments at the moment. Aside from the fact that a Romana from the Armageddon Factor with tracer would also be an excellent figure! Thanks Daniel (Australia)

I'm a collector of Doctor Who Action Figures and I love the site. But I just read Hoosier's Blog and think I can do a lot better, so here goes:-

• The Editor: Very good figure worth the wait
• Sycorax Warrior: Could have been in a special boxset with Sycorax Leader maybe with Harriet Jones?
• Auton: Why would they want to release another one, were they bored or something?
• Genetic Print Dalek: I think this is a great idea, I'll be saving up for one

• The Ghostbusting Doctor: very good idea I will very likely buy this!
• Sarah Jane Smith: Good idea but should of just put K9 in with Rose - now you'll have two!
• Novice Hame: unclever idea should of called it Cat Nurse instead
• Toby Zed: why not have another member of the team like Ida or Danny?
• The Doctor In Spacesuit: come on, with one wee twist!
• The Doctor: again the same, why bother? Now if you bought Grandma you'll have two identical accessories
• Destroyed Cassandra: well actually she wasn’t destroyed, just living inside Rose
• The Ood: good idea but maybe they should of waited till Series 4 figures came out?
• Rose Tyler: Not another Rose! Come on, why not have Madame De Pompadour? Not an ice gun!

• Scarecrow: why not make a box set of The Family
• Screaming Angel: just a different head - they should of released it with changeable heads
• Dalek: All they did was stick an existing Dalek in Series 3 packaging
• The Doctor: Not another Doctor! Why didn’t they make one of the Future kinds?
• Judoon Captain: a different colour only and not worth spending your money on
• Martha Jones: Okay so she is shiny now, why not make something new like the Slab instead?
