From the Series 3 episode The Family of Blood (2007), the Beige Scarecrow variation. Found officially with Grey Tie and Brown Tie and in Blue/Black. This Scarecrow sculpt is the same as the Brown Tie version. But the beige scarecrow has not been released and exists only in prototype
