- Empress of the Racnoss
From the Xmas 2006 special The Runaway Bride featuring red Empress of Racnoss figure on fully articulated torso and legs - in scale to the 5" figure range. This Doctor Who Character Options deluxe action figure has more than 24 points of articulation. Part human, part arachnid and with insatiable appetites the Racnoss are a bygone species of monster from the Dark Times. There are two versions of the Empress of Racnoss figure; the first release had a blue background to the packaging, the second figure has strengthened legs and comes packaged with a yellow Gallifreyan artwork background
- The Face of Boe
The Face of Boe, first seen in The End of the World in 2005 and appearing in Series 3 Gridlock (2007), stands around 5" tall and features an animated mouth. Originating in the Silver Devastation this monster is made up of a gigantic humanoid head with folic tentacles terminating in spherical orbs. Earlier versions of The Face of Boe had photo backgrounds on the packaging; later versions had Gallifreyan artwork backgrounds. The Reaper with Electronic Glow Effect features button activated electronic glow effect when the Reaper is in attack mode. With their distinctive scythe-like tails, these flying alien lizards confronted the Ninth Doctor in the New Series One episode Father's Day. Voracious carnivores, reapers have huge wingspans, multiple limbs, a toothed beak and mouths in their chests. Importantly, Reapers have the ability to rematerialise around the spacetime vortex, feeding especially during temporal paradoxes.
