- Scarecrow (Beige) From the Series 3 episode The Family of Blood (2007), the Beige Scarecrow prototype. Found officially with Grey Tie and Brown Tie and in Blue/Black. This Scarecrow sculpt is the same as the Brown Tie version, but the beige scarecrow has never been released.
- 12" Doomsday Set Although variations of the Doomsday Set exist, there is no 12" version. This 12" Doomsday Set is a prototype only.
- Mini RC Daleks Prototype Mini RC Daleks in 4" scale from late 2005. Never reached production.
