Through my line of work, it has come to my attention that the First and Second Doctor Exclusives were deemed successful. As the initial releases were essentially a litmus-test for the viability of future exclusives, early 2010 will herald an EXCLUSIVE Fourth Doctor figure thanks to the same parties who brought us the First and Second Doctor Exclusives.

AT A SOIRÉE...

Because of my troubles with the vending machine a few weeks ago and no refund (and partly because I had threatened to go to Consumer Direct), I was given a complimentary ticket to an exclusive soirée last weekend.
Apart from various guests such as the local Vicar and a Major, one of the guests invited works for Character Options...
I was suprised and delighted to be treated to some news on upcoming releases.
Whilst nibbling on a smoked salmon canapé, I was told of the following TESCO exclusives:
- Series 1 Set: Featuring Ninth Doctor, Sycorax, Jabe.
- Series 2 Set: Featuring Ghostbuster Doctor, Hoix and Cyber Controller
- Series 3 Set: Featuring Captain Jack, Korwin and Timelord
- Cyberman Set: Featuring Tenth Planet, Tomb and Invasion Cybers.
When I finished my Smoked Salmon Blini, I enquired about release dates and was told "Sooner than you ever expected"
When asked on any more releases upcoming, I was told "there's a big set coming out, but I can't say anything about it yet...."

CLASSICS WAVE 2 and ELEVEN DOCTORS SET
20th August 2009
I am a new security guard at Character Options, replacing the previous one who was fired for unknown reasons. Whilst patrolling the area late at night, I saw on someone's desk the contents for the next classic wave
- Morbius
- Ice Warrior
- Emaciated Master
- Earthshock Cyberman
- Mummy
- Green Voc
I noticed in each was a BAF Krynoid piece.
As I looked at the figures, I heard someone coming. Instinctively, I quickly hid under a desk. The person coming then proceeded to make a phone call from the desk I was hiding under. At first the conversation was light banter and small talk, but then became interesting with the following:
"Yes, we're releasing a massive Eleven Doctors set, it will blow everyone's socks off for sure, that's why there are no Doctors in the next Classic Wave."

3rd Doctor with Maggots: ANOTHER 3rd Doctor Announcement Imminent!

Through my line of work, it has come to my attention that Underground Toys and Forbidden Planet will soon be announcing a THIRD 3rd Doctor release. This suprise revelation will be themed around the 1973 story, The Green Death, and will come packed with maggots. The costume of the third Doctor will be the same as that in the Death to the Daleks pack, but instead of boots there will be shoes.

SERVICE CALL FOR THE VENDING MACHINE...
6th August 2009
I am a technician, and received a service call that the vending machine at Character Options was malfunctioning. I noticed a packet of crisps stuck half way and a note stuck on the machine "Please refund 55p. John (mobile number supplied) ".
As I proceeded to fix the machine, I overheard someone talking about the Master's ring being released with a diary...

SNACK ATTACK!

To treat myself on my brilliant predictive forecasting [see below 27th April 2009 entry], I bought a packet of Walkers Prawn Cocktail crisps from the good ol' vending machine at Character Options. However, tragedy struck and the packet got stuck!
Anyway, whilst figuring how to dislodge it, I managed to overhear two people talking about ANOTHER Exclusive Fourth Doctor figure coming out soon.
One particular chap I noticed had a peculiar watch that was like the Vortex Manipulator in shape...
